what is ABL TOOL?
@Stars : i think it's an editor for abl extension, just like when yong had the new file extension like MXF

can't open chf file using chf editor even if i decrypt the files..how can we open? any guide?
ABLTOOL - For .ABL Files inside the skinobject.rcc (Guns sent to back? Not Sure)
CFGTOOL - For .CFG Files inside the animation.rcc
CHFEDITOR - For .CHF Files inside the skinobject.rcc
CRYPTIONRCC - To Decrypt All Thailand Files or literally known as Gunner Server Files :) (NeoMastei2) Files.
I think SOON we can figure it out for how to use this :)

Yes thats for config the gun back or gun slot..but not just for that..with abl file we can use gun item animation like official..
