turn the Effect from ur Windows and add all Vsro Files
if u dont know
go to Computer > Properties > advanced Setting >> Setting > Turn on Effect
Add > ( add all ur Game Server files Global Etc etc >
And Make the Compatlibity Windows 2000
^_^ Then no more Run Time
