Thor - JoeH - C# - v9?

Basically, I was looking around in my harddrive, and I found Thor.

What is Thor?
Thor is a v9 server, written in C# with MSSQL for its backend. It's written by JoeH.

I had it working...

I don't like this much, but it's a good release for people who still use oldskool (if there are ANY people)
