Can't open silkroad client from other PC's

I have a problem starting the client from my other PC, or any other PC except the server's PC.
I successfully certified my WAN IP, all services started without errors, I can open the client and login from the PC which the server is running but when I try to open the client from another PC, it gives me message "Server is under inspection" it is like something blocking the connection but from the server's PC is running fine.
I would like to know where the problem
edit: some more info: I can't connect to my own IP from other PC's but I can connect with the PC which has the server, how I can make my IP connectable to all users?
