Emergency! Game crashing n black screen..please help.!!

M starting my duel.exe ..it come to loading gameinterface and suddenly crashes.
ssee my mlog.txt . i think this will help.

Before crashing when i logged it and i selected character, all screen goes black. i can only see black screen and cursor on it.nothing more then that.
