find his ip first and block the first 5 ip numbers or 4on muweb and muclient on firewall and block the hack

he is making a gm, and disconects people, and broke a internet network of a player and now servers network :(, please give me an example to he ips numer, he loged on with diferent ips, 85, 127, 80 like an example and i have to use all poland ips to get rid of the hacker :) and we have mu core and don`t know how to ban more ips :)
close the server for atleast 1/2 day and fix whatever u can block whatever ip u seen from him
and open server back ;D
ban module for GMCP and ACP
you will see IP ban there
you will see hi IP on your GS logs ,
and CS LOGS
the problem is that we ban his ip but he`s loghin on with diferent ips. live 80.137.8.... and 127.45.67 and 90.56.233, we can ban a range ip, but we do not know the proceduare in many ip, we have to ban all country :(

Hy i am his friend who can't rezolve the problem.
Please let me explain: We have installed sygate firewall, and we blocked all applications and ports except those for GS,GSCS,CS both on SygatefireWall and router.
I also have installed sql shield.
The website is mucore 1.06 and xampp is on safe_mode+ passwords configurations made from localhost/security. And he can still connect to mssql and create his own account and delete all my characters from DB.
I have seen in DB that there is a user called "Pendulum" besides dbo, don't know if it should exist or not , but deleted that two.
Another questionmdoes remote sql server has to be open or checked? oh and also blocked Sql Server NT and sqlmngr.exe and blocked all poland ips in Sygate and now he is using a german ip from gamecenterpl.
I use Windows server 2003 and Sql Server 2000.Mu server MFS Season 5 Full. So can anyone help me please? Thanks
