[SQL]Access Denied

I got error on SQL Server service manager
im using Windows 7 64 bit

First error - Access denied
then i click ok next error comes

Second error - An error 5 - (Access is denied.) occured while performing this service operation on MSSQLServer service.

if u remember it Put it in SQL Server Service Manager > Server then put your username
