Custom Badges

Hello RageZone I'm new to the forums and didn't really know where to put this so. I put it here. Okay so I'm a Trial-Mod on a Hotel I play on.And We need some Custom Staff badges like this -

But It Has To be Transparent that's what the Owner said.
With This HEX Color: 3399FF Or Closets to that Example badge

This is What I want the Staff Badges To say

1: Ace Staff

2: Ace Admin

3: Ace Mod

4: Ace DJ

5: Ace Gold

If you could do all those 5 badges with that Hex and Transparent Then Thank you so Much you rock and will be Thanked all over this Habbo Hotel :D
