Please read the Posting Guidelines. Help or support questions about VMWare and other software that is already well documented outside ragezone isn't allowed.
There is not much you can clean up. There are two disks so keep the one your machine is running and if you don't need snapshots you can remove those too but how you are to correctly do all that I'll have to refer you to google.
