How to fix Arena soccer field?

anyone can tech me how to fix arena soccer field? i cant move inside the field when i tried to warp inside. i don't think to if the problem is in Terrain7.att already replace other terrain but this i have the same problem. Or is it only enable exclusively during the event? and in what way and how?

u can enter on that particular area by declaring /battlesoccer (guildname). both guilds can score either killing opponents or scoring via soccer ball. (more points can be earned if u play with balls xD).
