Add NPC problem

i had this problem after i added the NPC to the DB and put item in it :grr::grr:

WTF is going on here ??
I thought this is the Help section where i can put my problem and SOMEONE help me with a solution
it seems that i was wrong NO ONE WILL HELP me

i think the problem is in "RefPackageItem" or "RefScrapOfPackageItem" , check the ID , i thing the problem in the ID ..
and a little advice don't use Statiic DB and make your own Cuz it full of bugs
