How do I give titles to my chars?

Hello, I'm just wondering how to add character titles to your character? And no I do not mean "[]" I mean the yellow text infront of peoples names. Could someone please help me with this? :):

SQL skills are better..Optool sometimes fails.. and then your server is destroyed.
In my opinion navicat is the best for changing ingame things.

Navicat Lmao. Use the SQL Querys to connecto to db .. easiest way. navicat works on mysql idk if the new one works for sql but i dont think so.

There is one for sql server :P
