Problem Fixed!

You need to use the same neuz.exe as included in the files. You cannot simply use another neuz.exe with other functions, it's all related to eachother and the world and database server use a lot of the same files as neuz.exe does. It needs to be the exact same revision if you want it to make it work.

Also, make sure you have enough memory and have the latest DirectX SDK and get framework 4.5.
