Any Idea to fix it !!

i try to add New Adding Angel Spirit, everything is good with db
only this table :(

You already have a row with with ID 91 try to find using this query

this table sometimes don't sort the id so maybe it was added the first time for you but dont show in the last row.

did you try to search manually the ID 91 in your table? i have the same problem adding angel spirit, and i found ID 91 in a random row in table :/
