IMO a RS Legend is someone who has leveled up their magic after its past level 80 by legitimately using a teleport spell and being surprised by it.
Either way, what do you think makes someone a RS legend?
Please try to refrain from saying "Hz 100milz l0ol". Try to stay true to actual game play and not wealth in gold or items.

Even though this is old,
This section needs some activity.
So somebody that try's to keep up with the updates and when sometimes comes out finishes the new quests new skills as soon as they can.
I knew somebody that did that the best she could btw. RIP :(
A RuneScape legend would probably be someone who has done something legendary or being a great person. Zezima is a RuneScape legend as he was the number one player for the longest amount of time. The Old Nite is a legend, RIP, he was really kind and even though he was popular in the game, he still treated everybody the same and never thought of himself as any different.
