yup noticed there was a tutorial damn you lol you beat me. but heres a nice working program all built up and ready for all.
if the programs look messed up put this font in your fonts list. (mainly for anyone using vista or older)
also with this program you need to set current exp rates from iweb to 1
ok i have got it set up so now you can 9999999 times the rate.
for those that want ridiculously high rates

Not all the fields are filled or the gs is being used by another process.
and why would you need rates of more than 32k?
To be honest, why would you want more than 100x rates..I mean, 100x rates..with hypers is gonna be insane exp. No challenge left in the game at all.

Why are we dumbing down stuff like this for people when sELedit will do the same thing anyway...
Just asking for a wave of headless chickens when theres already more PW servers than the game can fill. I'm all for development and dev releases but this is just free candy for people who want to open a 1.4.4 server without any knowledge of what they are doing. It should perhaps be the other way around.
Bok bok bok...it suits my purpose from server end of future use to change exp and sp via gs opposed to using sELedit and pop out a patch..ease and convenience.

well this program was for the replacement of the pwAdmin exp cap of ptemplate not working. and to replace iwebs limitations of X10 to whatever you want. and also heard this works well with 1.3.6 if you dont or cant access pwAdmin (which i would be surprised why it doesnt work)
some could say the same about yours there ozuru 5.0 aps and -99 channeling but again like you said everyones got there own opinions. i think 3.0 aps is more then enough and -65 channeling more then sufficient.Quote:

these things are very easy things to do just putting it into a more less of a time consuming program, anyone with half a mind can edit a hex and people will see tutorials how, so why not have a program that does it just as well or better.Quote:
