[Release] Cracked VSro GlobalManager and GameServer

Hi!
I want to share the cracked GlobalManager and GameServer executable for those who cant crack them on their own.

!!I didnt find the adresses that need to be patched, credits for those go to Jangan and Cherno!!

I just edited the executables the way they released.

What these fixes are?
Well ..

- GlobalManager:

1. Fix the GreenBook to be repeated again and again (fix exp bug)

- GameServer:

1. Fixed Rates to be higher than x2,5
2. Disable creation of huge dmp files

sry i dont know about that, setup files and servers like the guides say and it will work, also there is a fix for it posted somewhere in this forum i read the title, just use the search function
