can any one plz direct me to how to add notice to any new unique ?
You must search into Database SRO_VT_SHARD the table _RefObjCommon find the unique name "MOB_QT_TQ_TOMBGENERAL3" and set value "3" on Rarity Column
i did it with some jupiter mobs and works ;)
RefObjCommon> find you unique which you want to add to notice> scroll right till 'Rarity' line and change it to '3'.
Media side> extract files from Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata> and find your unique on characterdata_xxxxx.txt and change same nuber to 3.
