i made 12D cape in my server with 13D items ... everything is OK
But when i add Blue in 13D don't increase hp and mp
Like ... my Default hp is 50k without set .. And when i wear all 13D set and it's FB it dosn't increase my hp or mp ...
But any other degree set works OK :(
