can you share interface.pck file with double skin EN to me?

Simply switch the entire interfaces.pck from PWI

old skin and new skin on one interfaces

That can be change whit the configs.pck

The tideborn UI is realy messy in english (and other language too). But if you realy want it... Try to compare between the chinese and PWI interfaces.pck you will need to fix it.

Hint:
To enable the button on the character screen, check:
interfaces\version01\manage2.xml
