Auto Updates (I read your tut darkmandos.)

Hi, thanks for that tutorial darkmandos, it helped alot. I've got all the files in my FTP including the 2.3.8.4_2.3.8.5.zip and the configs are congifured the way you said to do them. I configured the file paths on my global to the exact ones in my FTP. So I start up the server and start the launcher, but tells me to download the game again and doesn't update. I have no idea whats wrong but I need to get this update done so I don't have to send the new generated omi to like 15 people. Thanks to everyone that has helped me so far. :thumbup:

check versioninfo and version.cfg

Yep, all checked to the correct version. Still won't work :/

just a question..are you using ep3.3 or 3.2 ?

I even tried reverting it back so it wouldn't update on the versions.cfg, but now it keeps telling me to redownload, even if i have the version the same on my VersionInfo.ver, Pleeeease help me with this!

be happy the server works for you...i just get everytime when i start Field Fialed to load quest Error..my files are ok..but i dont get it :P

i hope there is someone out there who can help me ^^

I am happy the server works, quite alot but normal accounts won't work unless this update is sent :):
