[Help] Server setup

I've been working on Loong now for a few days, But I have a connection problem,

My serverinfo.xml in the client looks like this:

When I try to connect I get the error:
Failed to connect to the server, Please try later.

Could any 1 tell me the ports I will need to open?
TCP or UDP, incomming or outgoing connection.
