help GMs accounts Can't Login

me is the owner and i log in normally by loader or launcher whatever ok my friend asked me to be a GM or a GA whatever ok i made his account sec_primary and sec_content to 1 and i Write beside his char [GM] now when he try to log in normally by launcher he doesn't get the verification code it stuck at connecting to silkroad .... and i receive this message in GatewayServer
[sro_gm1] login refused (GM cannot login from the PC that has not privileged ip) - 127.0.0.1
how can i fix this problem i anyway want him to spawn uniques drop items,etc cause it's server pvp and he is an assistant
and thank you hope someone have a solution

add his ip to _PrivilegedIP table in sro_vt_account db
like 127 0 0 1 127 0 0 1 but type his ip

mmm i add his ip to the table !! ok but his ip is hamachi cause he using usb modem !!!

doesn't work :( i added his ip to _PrivilegedIP but couldn't log in and gatwayserver keep giving this message:grr:

lol dont add his hamachi ip. use his external ip. ask him this whatismyip.com

external ip you mean that ip which appear in this message in gatewayserver ? yes i tried that too and epic failed

plz someone help me i really need to set him as a GM or GA to make pvp event and drop rewards to peoples something like that when i sent him What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address he sent me this Your IP Address Is: 41.34.56.37
and i added this ip in _PrivilegedIP and restarted the server he still can't log in someone help plz

what exacly does the error say will saying something like [gm] cannot login from no priv ip using ip 127.blah

look guys i can't add that external ip to _PrivilegedIP anyway cause it's usb modem = dynamic ip ok it works sometime but it's a changeable ip, but when i was testing vsro files v1.193 GMs can login anywhere without adding any ip to _PrivilegedIP just the static ip of my host so what is the problem with v1.188 idk

if it`s dynamic ip you will have to update ip manually everytime it changes, or if not, add a ip range like 41.34.0.0 - 41.34.255.255, depending on his dynamic range...
after you add his ip, only gateway module restart is needed...

give us more details, can you login with GM accounts, can other GM`s log in? is your server on hamachi by the way?
and maybe paste the exact error gateway server prints out

Well Thank you all Guys it really helped me i tried to put his external ip range min 41.0.0.0 and range max 41.255.255.255 and it worked really thank you guys i love all ragezoner:blushing:
