TetraSEA can't connect with other computers

Hi everyone.
This is my third question for Tetra.
Q:When I use other computer to connect to my server
(by Redirector),I got this error when I click on Singapore :

How do I fix it?:?:

Was ????_IV in ServerConstants.java set to true?
If true, set it to false.
And are you sure your maple is the correct version too?
If it doesn't work, try either the malaysia gateway.

Yes,Fixed_IV is false.
And the version is 1.12.4.
I tried malaysia gateway. It shows the same error.

And there's no bat error on my server computer.
