Please help ADMIN console and commands

HI

Please tel me how to open admin console(how to use the commands and where i ned to type the commands) and give me a list with all admin commands if this exist

I search on forum but i dont found answers ...maby becouse i dont know how to use the admin commands are a bug on my server ? becouse are not working in main chat.

The Keyboard has to be set to ENGLISH - "~" will open the Console.

For myself I've got to change the keyboard settings to English first by pressing ALT+Shift, and afterwards SHIFT+^ (On my keyboard) to -> "~"

alt + shift + ~ for open and for test all commands f1

ok now i open the console thanks for me is just shift+~

i use prime client 1.193 can get me another client 1.193 or the fix for this?
