Help i have strange funny bugg with adding items FB at npc

in my server i added the D11 nova items +5 FB 100% that's normal ok they are in npc sure states 0% and also when they buy it also +5 FB 100% states 0% ok the funny bug is when they buy and teleport to any area the items become states 100% or 99% just only sheild's BR and Weapons's Criticals become 60% that's automatically after teleport or restart the char plz guys i need help to solve this bug :lol:
