[Help]items , mobs ,skills , locations dissappeared !!!!

There is some thing strange happen to me !!
i cant see any description for anything in the game
like the skills name or the items name or Even Teleports names
or even when i am opening the Help guide there isn't any thing !!
I use Stattic's media for D12 and D13

and the Other thing i Get so much Dc after i log the game for about 3 or 5 minute then DC !!!
