[Release] Admin & Monitor Tool EP 3.3

Hi everybody,

here are the Tools for your EP 3.3 Servers.
They are provided from darkmandos (Thank you)

I´ve Hex Edited them to the following Informations:

IP: 127.0.0.1
DB User: atum
DB Pass: callweb


Everybody who uses another Database user and/or password may Hex Edit the Tools themselves.

The Source String (XOR Code) is: ~8xANs(^fP{)34$(fcbTN$(C-=x
