Servers won't show up

Hey,
Let me start just right off with the problem. Well the problem is, I know it's noobish but I've remade my client like a tousand times, my server won't show up.
I tried to run it with 127.0.0.1 as the ip which worked, following with hamachi which worked too and then no-ip/wan ip which didnt work.
So I am askin what's the problem? I port forwarded like 10ish ports, all from diff. guides but still no response.

Can someone help me out?

You cannot use a no-ip ip at your client if you are doing that
If you using the Wan IP enable a exeption for the port at the firewall too.
I`ve had the same problem
