Phoenix's GunZ July 21 2008 Repack 3 Problem

Hey :)
So after donwnloading the stuff and setting up the server I thought everything was done. My only target is to have a server which is only reachable via LAN. But after launching the "Test 2008 Runnable" there is no server. Is it even possible to connect to the server with the test runnable ?
So after checking all the configs etc again , i've downloaded the other four runnable , but none of them worked.
After searching for the solution , i tried stuff like adding a launcher , because there was none .
Most runnables have the problem with the "serialkey error : 202"
and that has something to do with the launcher , or ?
I've found out that I have something to do with Hex Editor , but as a newbie I have no idea what to do.
Is it even necessary to do this ? If yes , can someone help me out with the Hexeditor part ..
