Why did you create a page like this? There is not a lot of use for it without a normal template. As for the design it is ok.
But why type the password with a capital and then tell the people to write it without a capital, that does not make any sense at all.

This is what I'd have done if I wanted a Tos:

It looks like you're using an image for it, which is something I'd avoid. People should be able to quote it just by copy-paste if that's needed. I'd probably use a content box for it.
The text on it is not aligned, which makes it look very sloppy. If you have to look at the grammar, I've gotta say it gives some thumbs down as well. I know it might be a hard challenge for a foreigner, but if English isn't your strong point, then it's important to work on the text. An example would be your "If you do not agree..." - it seems rather random that a "do not donate" is there.
A tiny plus could be that your image fit in nicely with the color scheme.


Don't get too much down on this, you made it in good intention and I'm only giving you constructive critique - have it in mind for your next project.

And about the text, That's only a exemple. If they want, they can change the text. As I said, I were borred. And made that project.
