Ok so I created A new template for our website, and I saved it for the web, so its now in HTML, but does anyone know how to turn that HTML into CSS? or the PSD into CSS?
YES im A noob with HTML and CSS, but my website host only allows CSS.
Any help would be great.

HTML, is the markup language. It makes the frames. CSS is a styling language, which you can style these frames with.
