novaEmulator [r63][MySQL][uberEmu Rewrite]

Hey there.
After about 3 weeks of development, I am proud to release the first version of novaEmulator. Nova is a complete rewrite of uberEmulator. It supports the same client as Phoenix and has the same features.

The thing that makes this different to Phoenix is that this is open source, yes.. Open source! :lol:

At first, I was going to sell this emulator but I decided not to, that is why you may find references to licenses here and there. (in novaEnv.cs and ChatCommandHandler.cs)

There are many uberEmulator edit's out there, one of them was my edition, pretty good but old! The best thing to do now is to base you're edits on Hang Glider as it's pretty stable and easy to get around.

What features does it have?
