You got the BG from the regpage, you got the borders from Segaomega, you got the icons from google, im sure :D:D:D.
You did actually nothing but dropping these all in one PSD file.

Looks pretty nice, mate! I'd suggest trying to change the green on the loading bars with grey or sth that will suit a bit more the whole launcher.
