They are all "orignal" .atms.. you need to UNPACK it and I can tell you some of the latest ones for certain client don't like being unpacked what so ever.
Use PE Explorer. Make a copy of ACEonline.atm and that file will decompress your ACEonline.atm so when you open the file in a HEX Editor you can actually see everything from inside of it and you can also translate it.

Lol...it takes like 4 hours to translate from English to your language by hand in scripts (if you know English).
Fallen Gears ACEonline.atm is easy to translate it lol. AO Client of course you Can Not use it because it's the ep "4" file (ACEonline.atm). But you still can make a copy of it/decompress and xlate it.
Julio..is very easy if you use HxD Editor... you don't need pe explorer for changing language.. You need it for decompressing the files.
X: \ Server \ AceOnline \ Map \ Res-Exe \ ACEonline.atm and X: \ Games \ AceOnline \ ACEonline.atm must be synchronized, and there will be mistakes.
How is possible edit \Res-Tex\HelpText.tex ?
Open them with Res-X Editor. If not, use to open it as script mode with a hex editor.
You need to change also in "interface.tex" some pictures (boxes) and when I say, "some" means a lot.
Helptext.tex don't is possible open with Res-X Editor and with HEX (don't have strings).
