Fonts are terrible. Marquee is badly misplaced... and its empty, way too empty.
You took a bad website such as PwnedCMS, and made it even worse.
It's alright. Try to put more coloring (not the entire rainbow, but 2 or 3 different colors) in it. Right now it looks kinda plain.
The navbar images (Home, Register, etc) aren't that great. It'd be better to just use text and style them with CSS.
I'm sure you could do a better job on the banner.

i can do better but v1.0 is new. On v1.1 i make more change and it will be better
