I tried a lot but, fail.

When I click start getting this error:)

Start \ Run, type services.msc Enter

Scroll down near bottom, find World Wide Web and start it.

Your Server is to old. I think, you had at first SQL 2005 on your Server?

You need to remove it completely and update your Server correctly!
