player allowed to attack in town

can any one help me with :
how to make player allowed to attack in town ?
add new items to drop from mobs or unique only ?

i know now how to drop items from mobs .

_RefRegion, IsBattlefield = 1 -> test it, dunno if that works. Naturally also clientsided

it's already IsBattlefield = 1 , i want player can attack in town
