to add link in website

i have picture in my template that does nothing, so i have decided
to make use of it and i want to add link to another page when you click on it.

what would be the correct code for template index.php

to combine this :

and also i am having difficulties to find where to edit copyright in bottom page

usually it is in main index.php or template index.php , but not in this one....

i had same problem in the past but than i got an idea to copy this href code from imageshack image LOL

This is basic HTML :):

and how can i edit copyright text at the bottom of website because it is all bugged and with fake copyright

Check in the template files for header.php and footer.php and search the copyr info and change.

as i said earlier,that's not the case.there are no same words.
i think it is somehow coded maybe with javascript or something.

Btw, copyrights can be in template's index.php or also in translation file (english.php or what).
