Check Folders from C:\ drive Placed correctly or not..
If that are there, Re-paste the files from server files !

First of all as I have configured your Server its running under Virtual box so it wont connect to 127.0.0.1 You need to hex a3 client to 10.0.0.2 that is your internal ip of your Virtual machine So that client Connects and also I think you clicking a3client.exe instead of a3.exe
I would recommend you not to use TTa3 client, they have messed up the client and for a beginning use any other client, if you search forum u'll get many other clients, play with themQuote:

There may be few reasons that you are not able to connect..Quote:

Where to change the IPs?
LoginServer.ini - once
LoginAgent.ini - change both IPs.
ZoneAgent.ini - change the first and last IP.
Firewall blocking the login port.. - Switch off the firewall and try again..
The a3client.exe's port may be modified - use the 15 mb a3client.exe posted in RZ
Try to ping the ips with each other..
If none works.. post the screenshot of your loginserver.ini and loginagent.ini
