I was about to say that is not Photoshop , but you said it first lmao. And also here it is why it takes long : you need to render it out , and rendering stuff takes long , and even longer , depends on your PC speed.

nice job, also try doing it with shapes, for ex: spinning stars or something. i like those avatars alot, and srsly, photoshop isnt always tha case in gfx~

try another tutorial. if you already made it, you should just change your render settings, try untill you get it.

I love these spinning avatars thats why I learned that how to make them :D :3
