I'm really confused if i'm not mistaken Propitem.txt is from v15? or 17? and Spec_Item.txt is from v18? am i right?
So what is the advantage of using specitem instead of propitem?
What shall i do to convert my Propitem into Specitem?
What shall i do in order for my client to read SpecItem instead of propitem?

When v17 was released the Propitem.txt was changed to Spec_item.txt. It has the same functions, and is basically the same file.
It is the same, Spec_Item.txt has a larger file size compared to propItem.txt it's because the Spec_Item is the most updated which has more strings than the old propItem.txt but basically they're just the same.Quote:

Spec_Item has more fields at the end, so it's not the same. If you simply rename propItem to spec_item, you will get bunch of errors because that's not how it was meant to be read, unless you add a support for these extra fields in the source.
