How to find new unreleased things

Kunta today released a new article on how to find new things on the Habbo server. Thought could be interesting for you.

A lot of people asked us how we scan Habbo's servers and find new stuff. Well, it has become kind of a secret thing of Habbo newssites like Puhekupla or Habbies over the years. There is not one single tutorial on this topic on the whole internet. Kinda weird, na? But as you know, we are here to give you the information you need. So let's get started:

What you need

- Addon «Page Monitor» (If you're not using Chrome yet get it here: Google Chrome)
- SWF Decompiler

1. Adjust «Page Monitor» (PM) settings

Page Monitor allows your browser to monitor changes to web pages for you. It can inform you whenever a particular page changes without you having to go and check every time.

The first step is to set the pages you want to monitor. There are three directories which are important for us:

habbo.com/gamedata/external_flash_texts | Badges, handitems, hotelrooms, other texts
habbo.com/gamedata/external_variables | Features and tools of Habbo Hotel
habbo.com/gamedata/furnidata | Furni names, IDs, descriptions etc.

Go to these pages and click on the «Page Monitor» (PM) button in the upper right corner. Then click on «Monitor This Page».




After you did that right-click on the «Page Monitor» (PM) button and click «Options». Your list should look like this:




Cool! We are done with step 1. Now go ahead to step 2!

2. Find new Badges

Go to the PM options as you did in step one. Click on the refresh button next to «external_flash_texts».




If something changed on the page it will show you like this:




Click on «View Changes», the page will open up and all changes that happened since last time you checked are marked green. It should look like this:




Now, you know the code of the badge which is new (and not yet released in Habbo). In this case it's code CNL01. Badges are always hosted on this domain:

So in this case you will find the badge image over here:

Congratulations, you are now able to find new Badges for yourself!
