need help in v83 maplestory

Hi, i have portforward my maplev83. all steps are done. but i see youtube or some tuts guide have world/login/channel properties. i see them but its in keystore file? and i can't edit them.

1st Question: is it ok to edit them in netbean regarding world/login/channel properties?

2nd Question: which one should i use : My IP ? WAN IP ? or global ip? i see all tuts told different thing (big curious)

3rd Question: which source is better as im not really good in coding parts. (best is have world/login/channel.properties)
