For Wucas Or any Skilled Person at animations

Hey man i saw your vid with you on blender ect well ive been working on a project for awhile Its basically like an EMP Wall? When the wall goes up if player passes it either damages them or stuns them witch ever is easier to code lol.. As with the Wall itself the only way ive got close to making it is an effect and 1 delay rocket launcher spread shot lol im wondering would you be able to make an EMP Wall Based on the look of the one i can make? if possible This would be amazing for 07 if we can do it man.
