Teleport not work in DuelSystem

Hi everyone I have a problem now. Mages can not use Teleport Ally Teleport or within DuelSystem (Vulcanus). I want to know how to fix it. From already thank you very much...

on rmstdata there is duel system .cfg file can u check in?
