Adding white wolf to npc

Hello, it's possible to add a white wolf to the npc? Because when I'm trying to change PamentDevice in _RefPricePolicyOfItem table from 2 to 1(from Silk to Gold), then GameServer shows up this error:

change cashitem column from 1 to 0 at _refobjcommon at record ITEM_COS_P_FLUTE_WHITE
