go to refobjcommon and look for the monster u want to edit in ur case its MANGNYANG
look at the Link (Last column in the table) in the refobjcommon in ur case its 27 then open RefObjChar look for ID 27 thats mangnyang u gonna find lvl which is the 2nd column
u have to edit CharDataxxxxx.txt in media to show the edit
