i got problem on my server please help me

hello guys! I got This error Message when i open my server . please help me to solve this problem :< i`m newbie in making private server so please help me

Have you done everything including the databases and the odbc?
try to check everything and also try to check the tool tab from AccountServer.exe if it allows external connection. :thumbup1:
