Why intstead of text in cashshop i see this symbols(look at screenshot)? Can this be edited server or client side?

I think because text.bmd ...
I solved my problem. The problem was in OS. FIX: Start> Control Panel> Regional and Language Options> Advanced tab. Choose in the list English, and tick chinese, japanese, etc...
